林伟立

林伟立,汉族,1974年出生,福建仙游人。曾在北京大学化学学院和环境学院分别获得学士和博士学位。北京大学自然地理学博士后出站后,先后在中国气象科学研究院大气成分观测与服务中心和中国气象局气象探测中心工作。2017年9月入职中央民族大学生命与环境科学学院。全国气候与气候变化标准化技术委员会大气成分观测预报预警服务分技术委员会委员和中国环境科学学会臭氧污染控制专业委员会委员;欧洲地球物理联合会(EGU)会员;中央单位政府采购评审专家(技术类);国内外多个期刊杂志审稿者。

主要从事大气成分(如O3及其前体物NOx和VOCs,温室气体等)及其相关物理特性的外场观测及质量保证和质量控制;应用于大气垂直观测和健康暴露方面的小型化仪器开发等。关注对流层(城市或区域,特别是青藏高原地区)大气氧化性,致力于从物质排放、输送和转化角度来研究对流层大气化学及其对空气质量、生态和人体健康的影响。发表学术论文140余篇,主持或参与国家及行业标准5项,获专利5项,参与编写图书7项。

1) 中国科学院国家空间科学中心委托项目,临近空间臭氧探测仪,2019/01- 2022/12, 39万.

2) 国家自然科学基金面上项目(21876214),能源消耗变化背景下高原城市光化学污染现状与潜势研究, 2019/01-2022/12,65万。

3) 国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目(91744206),大气复合污染背景下含氮化合物的闭合观测与模拟研究,2018/01-2021/12,294万。

4) 北京市科技计划/首都蓝天行动培育项目,北京地区氨三维分布特征及其对细颗粒物的形成贡献研究,2018/03-2021/01, 80万。
